and here goes again

Here's what I am wearing for Dinner with friends tonight, I don't know where exactly we are going, but I heard rumors regarding Indian or Steakhouse ...

H&M Top, MeltinPot Jeans and Graceland Heels

Oh and I had to redo my hair (hate rain, hate hate) so here go pigtails...

What I wore ...

Here's what I wore yesterday for hanging out in our garden with Eva ...

H&M Top and Shorts

and later that evening/night for cocktails in Parsberg

Review Dress, H&M Bolero and New Yorker Flipflops

Yesterday night this huge ass storm (2nd in 2 weeks) hit our village right about the time I left the train with a 15 minutes walk back home before me.

Wearing a silky dress and FlipFlops ... Worlds of Bad!

Meeting two girls because of the dress ... Genius

(they just moved 2 streets from my place and where at the station by car so they drove me right into our driveway and still I got soaked running 2 meters to the door!!)

So I survived the night without getting pneumonia and dying a painful death alone miserable and highly infective, unfortunately one of the trees of our neighbors wasn't so lucky regarding the painful (and rather loud) death! Here's the poor thing blocking half of our garden!

Another Day ...

Another Shopping Tripp, I can't help it when H&M decides to have a big Sale right about the time I came to a bit of money :) These pic are from thursday but I didn't have the time (and motivation) to post them till now, I am such a horrible blogger, I know :)
And yes I don't have anything better to do with my time lolz ...

New H&M High Waist Skirt with Amisu Tank Top, Jake*s Bolwing Bag and Deichmann Pumps

New H&M Skirt, H&M Tee and Clutch, Sweetheart Ballarinas bzw. Raxmax Velvet Pumps

New H&M sequined Dress with old ;) Jennifer Taylor Peeptoes

New Zara Dress paired with Xanaka Strappy Sandals

H&M Shoes

P.S.: The new stuff is bold, just in case I didn't make it clear enough, my thinking can be very confusing for everyone who isn't, well, me.

Make New Friends, But Keep the Old…

Edited by AsheMischief
Because fashion bloggers love both silver & gold!

Okay, that was a bit of a cheesy, childhood song for those Stateside, but I did notice one thing this week– fresh new faces and old familiar ones. From long time contributors like Mademoiselle Robot and The Musings of Ondo Lady, to new (-to-me) Our Ocean, Links á la Mode is an amazing way to meet new bloggers and discover new territories. Think of today as Make a New Friend Day on Links á la Mode…read new blogs for a fresh dose of inspiration and revisit your favorites to remember why you love them!

As always, we’ve got a delightful mash-up of posts, too… from how to score review samples to a thoughtful post on The Uniform Project and lots of great summer clothes and jewelry. Be sure to check out the forums too, as there are several great contests going on!

I shop therefor I am ...

I am unemployed and I bought loads of clothes ... So sue me I love life and shopping!!

Still not sure how to style most of it and I also didn't photograph all pieces as some are pretty basic summer things like halter tops.

Here goes:

Vero Moda Trench Coat, Raxmax Velvet Pumps

I thought about holding my MacBook like Carrie in Sex and the City lolz

Vero Moda Trench Coat, Raxmax Velvet Pumps, Vintage Dress

Somehow wearing a white short dress always makes me look like a little girl but I am totally into the girly cutie look and it seams I am not the only one in love with white summer dresses or at least thats what Cosmo says ...

Review Dress

This one is actually my favorite, it has this great pattern and the inside layer is satin, wearing it feels great! Wearing fabrics like silk or satin always makes me feel so much more beautiful!

I have no idea how to style it but I am thinking about wearing it like this, barefoot and with a messy bun, what do you think?

Outfit Recap

Busy Week again, it seams that even when I have nothing to do, I get nothing done!!
So here are the Outfits of this week all at once :)

After the exam I basically spend my time roaming the stores in Regensburg and mostly even (too) successful! But more of that later ...

Oh and be warned I am in a bit of a Hippies Flower Power Summer Feeling Mood these days!

Here's what I was wearing writing my exam last Saturday: I tried to give off a casual easy going I don't care vibe and hoped it would somehow color off on my mood ... yeah right!!!

Amisu Hotpants, Clockhouse Tunic, New Yorker Flip Flops

And for shopping on Tuesday, I also had to get my shoes fix (6 pair) as I avoided that costs since for ever:

Livre Tunic, Clockhouse Hotpants, New Yorker Flip Flops and Jake*s Bowling Bag (my new Favorite)

And for picking up the shoes again today: (Can you believe I paid only 30 Euro? I was pleasantly surprised)

Fishbone Dress as a Top (one of the new pieces I bought), Zara White Jeans, Pieces Sunglasses, Clockhouse Headband and Jake*s Bowling Bag...

... and Buffalo Sandals

Oh and waiting for my Shoe Guy

I am in love with him, if you leave the shoes there over night he cleans them and makes them look all shiny and new and he never looks funny even when I show up with a huge bag full of broken heels

Well waiting for him to come back from a, well deserved, lunch break after dealing with annoyingly cheery blonds (like me) all day, a guy just walked up to me and asked me out (in the mall people!!). Unfortunately he was two heads shorter than me and soooo not my type but hey its always a boost for a single gals confidence :)

Not so boring ...

First of all,
ahhhh last exam coming up 11th June!! ahhhh
so my outfit since last thursday consists of yellow washed out "sweat shorts" or however you call the hot pant equivalent to sweatpants, a white tank top and worn occasionally with brown flip flops in case I leave the house to go to the mailbox, throw in applications and shlep myself home :/

Well good news is, last week being the last week of work also, I finally pulled together two somehow fun and most important non boring outfits:

Wednesday:

Blexleys Mens Dress Shirt, Vero Moda Highwaist Denim Skirt and Amisu Flats
I actually wore a dark purple satin slip underneath which blinked out at the top of the skirt :)

Thursday:

Black Mango skinny Jeans, Vero Moda Shirt, H&M stripped dress worn as a sweater and New Yorker Purple Patent Leater Pumps
