Well as most of you girls will already know, Today H&M released their anticipated Jimmy Choo line. The line, which was fashioned byJimmy Choo designer Tamara Mellon, launched at 200 stores world wide including Munich! So ... I was there and successfully purchesed my new now and for ever favorite pair of shoes (till I can affored real ones which will probably be never).

The scenes I saw today! It was stuff war movies are made of!! Seriously if some of this women where soldiers ...

To prevent the madness of the Matthew Williams line launch on April 23th, H&M has published strict rules for shopping the Jimmy Choo for H&M collection. And believe me, they were sooo necessary!

What do I do if I arrive before opening hours?

If there is a line, please wait in line and H&M store staff will inform you how to shop.

How does the queing system work?

The first 160 people in line will receive a bracelet; on the bracelet you will be given a specific time for shopping in our designated area. The bracelets are only needed for the women's shoes, bags and accessories. Customers shopping the men's collection or the women's garments will not require a bracelet.

When your time has come, we will let you into the designated area to shop. Our goal is to create a better shopping experience for all of our customers.

If you are not one of the 160 first in line, you will of course have the opportunity to shop from the rest of collection or within H&M. After about two hours we will also open up the designated area for all of our customers.

To make sure as many customers as possible are able to buy from the Jimmy Choo for H&M collection, we have a limitation. Every customer can buy the whole collection but with a limitation of buying maximum one per product, i.e. not more than one size (shoes/garments) or piece (accessories) per product per customer. The limitation covers the whole Jimmy Choo for H&M Collection. Your place in line does not guarantee any items from the Jimmy Choo for H&M collection.

I actually overheard girls in the Zara changing room who were upset because they camped out since 5 am in front of the store and still didn't get all they wanted!!

Well sometimes you just have to be lucky!! We arrived at the store exactly 9:30am (opening time) of course they wouldn't let people without a colored bracelet in before 12:00.

When we came back after a quiet breakfast which we spend sulking and hating on everyone with a Jimmy Choo Shopping Bag, there were still shoes left (barely but still)! Pushing through what felt like 1 mio people, we finally arrived at the back of the store where they kept the shoes.

My friend Katrin grabed the first pair of shoes for me and they even where my size (I hoped because it differs depending on the brand). I didn't even look at anything else that moment (store was almost sold out anyway), just found myself a corner where I could try them on without being killed!! Seriously people tried snatching them out of my hands (or of my feet!!) while I was still trying them on!!!

But they didn't fit!! I gave them to the desperate looking girl sitting next to me with her mom almost crying because they sold out! Well at least someone was happy (they were her size, lucky her)! So I pushed my way out (jewls were out first I didn't see any bling in the whole store, although Katrin saw 2 pieces somewhere).

But as I passed the cash register a girl ditched an open box next to me and walked away and in the box ... dum dum dum ... the right shoes in the right size!! I snatched them up right as another one was grabbing for them, hugged them closely to my body and ignoring the bitching and evil looks walked past her and her hating friend right to the next open register!! I guess it was my reward for not acting like a total lunatic throughout all of it!! Today I really used up all the luck libras supposedly have!

All Saints

On All Saints its tradition to go to the morning service in our cute little village church which includes the blessing of the graves. Its 20 minutes service and than we stand by my grandmothers grave till the priest walks by. Usually it takes ages, so everyone is bundled up like there's another ice age coming.

It's me!

I am back for and I know I neglected the blog AGAIN!

But this time I have a good excuse!

I was at work when I gigantic raccoon attacked my city! I had to hunt it down to a small village in the Antes where I found my prince charming who was injured while he was trying to save a toddler who was about to get tramped to death!! I stayed at his bed day and night and they unfortunately don't have Internet there! When he started to get better we got married by this lovely lake in the mountains and had many babies while I still started a carrier as Personal Manager of the local corner shop ...

No seriously I was super busy!

Tonight as in 8 hours I will leave for my big trip across the ocean! Visiting my friend Christina in North Carolina!!

Sooo excited!!

I have all the outfits!! Here a little preview ...

I had all the Outfits photographed but no time to upload all of them so you will have to wait till I am back in 3 weeks to see them :)

As I plan an going crazy shopping over there my luggage has to be super light! I only packed like 15 kg and they allow 23 kg on the plane! So I have 8 kg + 8kg Carry-On left to shop!!

Most outfits I packed are versatile so I created an entire wardrobe out of only a couple of things! And I can tell you, it was a challenge if I ever had one ;)

I packed:

3 pair of jeans

1 jeans mini

4 tanktops

7 Tees of which some are oversized and can be worn as dress with leggings

1 leggings

7 summer tops most of which can be dressed up for going out

3 tops for only going out (because its the most important!!)

lots of accessories!

4 sweaters (one actually a dress but I can wear it as a sweater with some ajustments)

2 hoodies

1 summer dress

1 bikini

2 pair of sunglasses

1 black clutch

2 hats

1 pair of black dressy shoes

1 pair of chucks

1 pair of flip flips

and !!!!roll up flats!!! they are so cool, silver and black and can be rolled into a tiny bag to fit in a purse!

CU in 18 days!!

I recently (finally) joined facebook and who would have guessed: imediatly became a huge fan! I still prefer Myspace, mostly because you can customize you profil add songs and all the personalization stuff but I have to admit, facebook has one huge advantage: the Applications!!

Seriously, I know it sounds crazy but I joined, started playing Fashion Wars and am addicted ever since!!

So I thought I will rant to you all about the game/app/whatever:

First you can create you own "Fashionista", mine kinda looked like me with the red hair and pale pale pale skin (just in thinner ;)) and choose your style, I am a Party Queen e.p.. You can earn money doing different stuff like attending events and you also have a steady income from properties you buy like that French Spa Resort I just got myself (being rich isn't easy hahahhaha)

In the shop you can buy essentials, cutest little pics of rather fashionable items every women should own ;) make the shopping more exciting and the things you buy bring you style (attack strength) and attitude (defense strength) points:

In the shop you also buy perks like Mani/Pedi, Hair styling and Make-Overs:

and not to forget the car pool!!!

I mean I totally bought like 25 Porsches just because the pic was to cute! Oh yeah and I also would love love love to have a Porsche Turbo or Carrera 911 for real!!

Equiped with all these every fashionable things you can attend events to earn popularity point which bring you to the next level (kinda like in real rich people live)

To have an advantage at this you can buy a pet (mine is a Siamese cat called Gucci) who helps you get money bonuses and also defends you in fights ...

Thats the funniest part, you can fight other people or B***chslap them, for real there is a button that says B***chslap!! The "fight" is not like a physical fight but more of a fashion showoff!!

Winning those also brings you popularty and you can earn "rare items"!

You can also invite you friends and build up a "posse" to be stronger in showoffs and get exchange stuff and get help like energy drinks and someone to pet you kitty if you forget .. Here goes another Outfit Recap!

At Work

this is actually one of my favs, with the tee my brother gave me for my 22 birthday

(Regensburg is the city I am from)

I am still working the production summer job but as it goes things change!!

Somewhere in the middle of August some new student workers showed up and - Surprise Surprise - 3 guys!! Now we are 4 of them and one of me ;)

I somehow started this little flirt with one of them and - here goes fate - it comes out our parents know each other, we used to live next to his aunt, and we played together as kids (of which neither of us has any memory, must be all the partying working lately). I actually think it is cute and funny to have someone to flirt with during work and nothing more.

Still now the times I could go to work in a jeans and tee are over and I actually am dressing up, not to obvious changing my way of clothing just a little more sexy a little less potato sack.

Ofc everyone already thinks we have something going on, disappearing during breaks, him poking me in this high schooler fashion, the very very "subtile" hinting and jokes etc..

I’m in the process of moving to New York City, just in time for Fashion Week, which kicks off in two weeks. In browsing through all the link submissions this week, I couldn’t help but tie it all back to one very important question lingering on my mind – what the heck am I going to wear? New Hair and an Outfit

I also got a new haircut and color today!!

It (color) was supposed to look like that:

You know red leaning on orange but still natural. Kinda like my original hair color was when I was a kid.

And its not! It turned out like that:

Ahhh my hairdresser never screwed something up before!! I mean I don't hate it but it is kinda extreme for someone looking for a job in HR!! And I look like a punk (if u imagine the white dress to be black)

I will keep it till I actually get invited for a job interview and than change it, or keep it till next monday wash my hair 3 times a day and see how it looks than, it is supposed to wash out a lot, mb she actually didn't screw up and it will look totally like I wanted it after a couple of washes (and than I decide if I want it changed immediately or not).

(they just moved 2 streets from my place and where at the station by car so they drove me right into our driveway and still I got soaked running 2 meters to the door!!)

So I survived the night without getting pneumonia and dying a painful death alone miserable and highly infective, unfortunately one of the trees of our neighbors wasn't so lucky regarding the painful (and rather loud) death! Here's the poor thing blocking half of our garden!

Busy Week again, it seams that even when I have nothing to do, I get nothing done!!

Unfortunately he was two heads shorter than me and soooo not my type but hey its always a boost for a single gals confidence :)

Finally I made it (hopefully) and the last exam is written.

Now my favorite time starts: Waiting on the results and Partying, I have to catch up on two weeks after all!

First of all,

ahhhh last exam coming up 11th June!! ahhhh

so my outfit since last thursday consists of yellow washed out "sweat shorts" or however you call the hot pant equivalent to sweatpants, a white tank top and worn occasionally with brown flip flops in case I leave the house to go to the mailbox, throw in applications and shlep myself home :/

Well good news is, last week being the last week of work also, I finally pulled together two somehow fun and most important non boring outfits:

Wednesday:

Blexleys Mens Dress Shirt, Vero Moda Highwaist Denim Skirt and Amisu Flats

I actually wore a dark purple satin slip underneath which blinked out at the top of the skirt :)

Thursday:

Black Mango skinny Jeans, Vero Moda Shirt, H&M stripped dress worn as a sweater and New Yorker Purple Patent Leater Pumps

... no brand satin pumps which I bought for like 9 bucks in a Turkish store that appeared out of nowhere in one of the tiny side streets I sometimes walk trough in search of stores I haven't discovered yet :)

sorry for the crappy quality of the pics but I am minus one camera and have to use the mobile instead. My friend Eva flying to an other friends wedding and she needs it more than me being maid of honor and all!!

Oh and Congrats to Christina, the blushing bride and her honey Tom!!

I would fly myself if there weren't this nasty money issues preventing me to get from Germany to the States!!

The Other Option would be running around blind (which I seriously considered as the glasses are driving me nuts!!) Try wearing glasses after 9 years of constant lenses wearing!!

- They are slipping down all the time

- And your sight is narrowed down to those tiny glasses

- And I only have those one brown ones

- which yes are Gucci and I love them as a fashion statement but they don't go with everything so the outfit choice which is limited anyway is even slimmer

- And try them all day and the next ahhhhh

- And now the the weather is finally sun sun sun I can't wear any of my many many many sunglasses!

- And did I mention the slipping?

- And I really blame my mom who once in her life gave in to a fashion related argument and a "But MOM I love them" and bought them as a presi instead of making me choose not so pretty but more practical ones!!

Ok I think that is enough of the negative rantings for today bye bye with a smile :)

Me and on of my best friends and companion in misfortune (the laptop for all of you still not realizing I am a total nerd sometimes) are out in the garden enjoying the weather and catching up on posts. So don't wonder if there will be an overload of posts as it has 25°C which I guess will be 77°F and I am in total blog reading and posting mood!! After this Weardrobe and Chictopia are next ... have to dispense the lately rare mood :)

I actually had a pretty decent outfit for friday night out with the girls but didn't take pics and as it goes threw the clothes into laundry before thinking of it the next day!

And heres what I was wearing saturday drinking with the girls ... we all decided to go easy breezy summery ;)

I wore my glasses it it, I now wear my glasses with everything because stupid little me lost one of her lenses friday night and now .... Glasses!!

It takes forever, and I mean forever as in 3 weeks just to get an appointment with the eye specialist of my choice and I don't want to go to another one as I really like and trust this one forever!! So here goes me wearing glasses:

Boring Monday

Well as I didn't blog for like ever you there are lots of news!

One of them ... I am finally (since the end of April) a useful member of society again, meaning:

I have a new student job! And now the fun fact for all who know me: Guess who my employer is ... the catholic church!! Yes you read right, me working for the church, the church paying I :)

Upside:

- Work is easy and I can have a radio

- Colleagues are nice and fun and like to chat half of the work time away

- I have a nice workspace where I can look out of the window

- Only 5 hours work a day

- Money Money Money

Downside:

- BOring!!

- No internet access to make it less boring

- Getting up early again

- Very little work which has to be stretched over my whole stay there

- I am only employed for 50 days

But now to Downside NO. 1:

They have a very strict dress code! I mean strict as in women are allowed to wear pants to work since 6 years now strict!! So the new category here will be Boring Office Outfits but hey what office (in Germany) doesn't have a dress code?? :)

Boring Monday Office Clothes:

DIY Vero Moda Bermudas (those were pants before); TopStudio Top; JP Cardigan; Cyrillus Blazer and New Yorker Flats

Oh and I have tons of other more business like office outfits which I won't upload here. But I will start uploading some on Weardrobe and Chictopia starting tomorrow.

Out with the girls and surprising trip to Munich

Crazyness ... I ended up taking the first train to Munich the next morning (6am) with this cute guy I met. He is as crazy as me and new to Germany so we decided after a night out to visit Munich right after clubbing - with no sleep other than the 2 hours on the train :) it was fun but I slept trough all the rest of saturday and most of sunday morning!

I admit I am still crazy and open for all things spontaneous and fun but going 34 hours with no sleep ... not as fun as it was with 16 ...

What I wore this Weekend hanging out with the girls ...

I also had some minutes to change into "normal Day clothes" before we left for the train, wouldn't fancy to run trough Munich in going out clothes although I might not even stand out THAT much :)

Sooo here I am again, worst Blogger ever!!

As you might have noticed there was a little uninspired period in part of the Blogosphere and I so was a part of that! Also with my personal life kinda languishing I had zero and I mean ZERO motivation for blogging or honestly anything else. But after week after week of mew outfits I have the feeling I am back and hopefully back to stay!

My friend Eva brought this on today. I bought new cute clothes (I am looking forward posting them all within next week!!) and she asked how I planed to wear one of the acquired object, a purple and white stripped shirt I found at the mens department of NewYorker.

Don't get me wrong, LJ and I had the best of times and I really love it ... its just not designed to be a daily fashion what I was wearing blog!

So here I am, after ages of getting used to and building around (not that its so difficult or that the things I accomplished are sooo special ... I am just incapable to adjust to new things ;))

And I will do my best to really have a daily post and not neglect this blog like the LJ one :)
